Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service team at proffice.contact@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to return the item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Exceptions: Some items, such as custom-made or clearance products, may not be eligible for return. Please check the product description or contact us for more information before purchasing.
